This beautiful 1 bedroom loft style apartment is perfect for individuals or couples looking to stay in Ladbroke Grove or Notting Hill. It has a spacious living area, a well-equipped kitchen, and a lovely double bedroom. The top floor location means you'll be able to enjoy the beautiful leafy view from above. The apartment is flooded with natural light. The space The flat is located on the top floors, so be aware that there are lots of steps (3 full flights) before you reach the space. The apartment is divided into an open plan living room with kitchen at one end. There is plenty of floor space and enough seating for 4 guests. The bedroom features a king bed, with an en-suite bathroom attached. Just outside the bedroom is a separate loft space which has been converted into a small walk-in wardrobe/dressing space, which provides plenty of storage for longer stays. Guest access Guests will be able to access the entire space. Other things to note Please note that we provide small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soap, moisturiser and loo roll for the beginning of all our guest stays and once the products are finished, we kindly ask our guests to provide their own thereafter. Please note the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hotel-quality linen and towels. If the booking is 14 days or more, we require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost (the price is dependent on property size). Payment will be taken at the time of the booking and the mid-stay clean includes both a clean and linen change. We can also arrange any additional cleans regardless of the length of the booking upon request. Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm. Early and late check-ins as well as late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee. Please note that check-ins after 8pm must require a personal check-in at an additional fee. Where a check in is on a UK bank holiday, there may be an additional surcharge on the cleaning fee as well as an additional cost for a personal check-in.  Please enquire for additional information on this when booking.
